II. POSTAL DELIVERY
Effective 13 March 2017, all consular applicants are advised to provide their own self-stamped, self-addressed envelope should they wish to have their documents mailed to them.
Applicants are instructed to use the prescribed envelope size and amount of Austrian postage stamps in euros:

Applications with insufficient stamps or incorrect envelope size will not be mailed.
For applicants who wish to avail of DHL/UPS’s courier service, please make the necessary arrangements to have your documents picked up by DHL/UPS or other preferred courier service company at the Philippine Embassy. The courier service payment is chargeable to the recipient.
