Tropical Depression AGATON
According to the National Disaster and Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), TD Agaton is now outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility as of 20 January 2014.
According to NDRMC, the effects of TD Agaton are as follows:
- A total of 24 incidents (16 landslides, six (6) flashfloods and two (2) maritime incidents) were reported in Regions VIII, IX, X, XI, CARAGA and ARMM.
- 49 people were repoted dead, 69 are injured and ten (10) are still missing in Regions IX, X, XI and CARAGA.
- A total of 191, 195 families were affected in 894 barangays.
- A total of 2,166 houses were damaged.
